The high-performance thermal pads in the Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad series have a highly elastic, flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity, compensating for even the smallest gaps between components. Available in a range of different sizes and thicknesses. These easy-to-process, flexible thermal pads contain various components based on a ceramic-silicone formula complex and nano-aluminium oxide. The pads therefore ensure constant, optimal heat transfer. Even the lightest contact is enough to attach them optimally. All pads are environmentally friendly and RoHS-compliant.
